As a female construction executive in a male dominated industry, Michelle brings her brand of tough, organized, and creative to a staid world. Michelle began her career at Specialty Construction, a division of Triple Double Real Estate, back in 2018 and as CEO, has led the firm on a path of growth ever since. What started out as a business handling small commercial build outs has morphed into a truly Specialty Construction firm, operating in multiple states and expanding its reach into medical office, traditional office, residential and hospitality. Michelle brings a hands-on approach to managing teams and projects, choosing to let her results speak for themselves.  She is bilingual in English and Spanish and is one of the fastest rising Latino women in the Southeastern construction industry.

Prior to her work at Specialty Construction, Michelle set up the property management platform for Medprop Management, another Triple Double division. Her knowledge in this area came from her extensive experience managing property for Skyland Management, a Fort Lauderdale based real estate firm with assets in New York and Florida.  Prior to her experience at Skyland, Michelle was a paralegal at the South Florida Trial Lawyers offices. Michelle attended Florida International University, where she studied History.  She currently resides in Loxahatchee, Florida where she lives on a farm with eleven dogs, forty chickens and six ducks.
